Mark is a Muscle Activation Techniques Specialist, Athletic Trainer and Massage Therapist. Mark is an athletic trainer and massage therapist who specializes in musculoskeletal dysfunction and its relationship to body discomfort and pain. He combines manual therapy techniques taught by the world renowned URSA Foundation with Muscle Activation Techniques to offer truly unique forms of rehabilitative therapy. Mark has Master’s Degrees in Physical Education and Education from the University of Nevada, Reno and New Mexico State University respectively. Mark has worked as a health and sports medicine teacher as well as Athletic Trainer for the Washoe County School District for 16 years. He is a husband and the proud father of an 8 year old daughter.
