How Hypnotherapy
fits into your Healing process
Often through
many types of therapies, such as massage, bodywork, energy work,
counseling, yoga and meditation, you will begin to become aware of
patterns of behavior, held emotions, fears or past memories. This
is because there is an opening process that takes place. The
purpose of many of these therapies is to heal the body, and mind.
Through life an accumulation of tensions, past hurtful experiences,
and traumas are held within the body and most often reinforced by
our thinking patterns. When you are dirty you take a shower. Many
people go through life never cleaning out the dirt carried within
the body. Today there are many wonderful therapies available to
assist you in removing the dirt (the unnecessary/that which no
longer serves you). Hypnotherapy is a tool to help reprogram the
subconscious so you no longer continue to recreate the same
unpleasant situations in your life (accumulate inner dirt). Without
this reprogramming you will continue to recreate because those
patterns are the programs that currently run within your
subconscious.

Through
hypnotherapy learn to connect with the cybernetic
(*computer-like) powers of your brain to gain better health,
relax and enhance mental functioning. Learn to train the mind
for what ever you want.

Brain
neurons accept what ever mental programs it is given and has no
bias to negative or positive thoughts. Worry is programming.
Confidence is programming. Thoughts and feelings that are
negative become unwanted programming.

Being
programmed to think negatively will cause sickness, pain
(emotional and physical), dis-ease and unwanted
outcomes. A pattern of thinking has been created within the
mind and runs (often unconsciously).

In order to
change your life you have to change your programming. Changing
your regimen/the way you do things will not change any
programs. Eventually you will revert back to your old
programmed ways.

Hypnotherapy
assists in making permanent changes with the brain in the alpha
state (your normal conscious awake state is beta state).

Alpha level
or state is when the brain waves slow down to about half their
normal frequency during wakefulness. Delta state is deepest
sleep state less than 4 brain energy pulsations per second.
Within the alpha state are four levels and deep alpha is the
place where we want to be to heal ourselves and reprogram. This
state is comfortable, peaceful and relaxed. It is a state that
is natural and journeyed through to and from deep sleep every
night. Alpha state is also where you access the subconscious.
Hypnotherapy
compliments other therapies by using a direct method for change and
growth.
