A weekly spinal
care class for all individuals with recurring
back challenges or those that are recovering from
some form of setback. Individuals should be able
to move well with little or no discomfort. This
class integrates tai chi, yoga, and core strengthening

Dynamic Anatomy Workshops with
Dr. Taylor Donovan
These workshops are intended to educate,
entertain, and inspire as Dr. Donovan integrates
easily understood concepts about the anatomy and
physiology of the body. These workshops look at
western concepts of the physical body and eastern
concepts of the energetic and fluid concepts of
the body. Expect the following workshops in the
coming months: Diet and Digestion, The Feet, The
Shoulder Girdle, The Core Muscles, and The Vibrant
Spine.
